Serenity – Residential Exterior

Following the severe 2024 hailstorm in Calgary, this residential property sustained extensive exterior damage, requiring a comprehensive restoration approach. Boss Builders was engaged to manage and execute the full scope of insurance-related repairs, ensuring the home was restored to pre-loss condition with durable, high-quality materials.

The project involved a complete re-roof of the property, addressing widespread impact damage to the existing roofing system. All eavestroughs and downspouts were fully replaced to restore proper drainage functionality and prevent future water-related issues. In addition, all damaged soft metal components were removed and replaced to maintain both performance and visual consistency across the exterior.

The hail event also affected portions of the home’s Hardie siding. Damaged areas were carefully assessed, with a targeted replacement of a small section of Hardie Plank siding where impact damage was beyond repair. Surrounding areas with cosmetic damage were professionally prepped and repainted to ensure a seamless finish and uniform appearance.

Due to the overall size of the property, this was considered a larger-scale project, requiring detailed coordination, efficient scheduling, and consistent communication with all stakeholders. The result is a fully restored exterior that not only meets insurance requirements but also enhances the home’s long-term resilience and curb appeal.
