Full Community Hail Restoration
Berkshire Crescent 

After a major hailstorm swept through Calgary, Alberta, our team at Boss Builders was brought in to restore the exterior in Berkshire Crescent. This wasn’t a small repair job, it was a full rebuild of the building envelope across the property, and it required careful coordination, strong site management, and a commitment to doing things right.

We replaced over 100,000 square feet of roof, bringing every building back to a solid, reliable state. Alongside that, we completed a full siding replacement throughout the community, giving the property a fresh look while also improving long-term durability.

To help protect the buildings moving forward, we installed a complete eavestrough system with integrated gutter guards, reducing future maintenance and helping manage water more effectively. We also upgraded 41 exterior window trims to SmartTrim, adding another layer of protection against Alberta’s unpredictable weather.

A lot of the work came down to attention to detail. Our crew removed and replaced more than 300,000 nails to ensure everything was installed properly and built to last. At the same time, we kept the site clean, organized, and safe for residents and trades.

Beyond the main exterior work, we took care of a wide range of repairs across the property. This included fixing hail damage to vinyl windows, replacing broken glass, installing 20 new garage doors, and completing all necessary painting, and finishing everything back to pre-storm condition, or even better.

Safety was a constant focus from start to finish. Dedicated safety consultants were on site throughout the project to make sure every standard was met and every crew member could work confidently and safely.
